Bidding will begin @ 8:00 am MT on October 1, 2024 and will “soft close” @ 12:00 noon, MT on October 1, 2024. Competitive bids will determine the outcome of the auction. Bids will be taken for total purchase price. No financing contingencies.

CLOSING/WATER RIGHT CONVEYANCE: Closing on or before October 18, 2024 and conducted by Broker. Water rights to be conveyed by stock assignment. The water rights are subject to the rules, regulations, and limitations of the Colorado Department of Water Resources and The Riverside Reservoir and Land Company.
