This property features four irrigated quarters with approximately 500± acres under four center-pivot sprinklers and will be offered as two Parcels and as a Single Unit. Situated approximately 20± miles southeast of Yuma, near Heartstrong, these wells are situated in a good area with ample groundwater. Each quarter-section has its own well at or near the center-pivot point with 400 AF of appropriation. Wells produce 650-850± GPM with relatively minimal drawdown.
