Nice line of feedyard equipment located near Sterling, Colorado to be sold via ABSOLUTE online-only auction.

To be sold online after the Advantage Feedyard Land Auction on May 2. Bidding will begin @ 8:00 am MT on April 25, 2024. The auction will “soft close” at 2 pm on May 2, 2024.

Auction Terms

TERMS OF EQUIPMENT AUCTION:

  • Equipment to be offered for sale online only.
  • Equipment previews after April 25, 2024, from 8 am – 5 pm at Advantage Feedyard.
  • All equipment is being sold As Is-Where Is.
  • Online bidding with prior approval.
  • Payment by cash or good check, bank wire transfer, or by credit card (minimum 2.9% fee to be charged to Buyer).
  • Equipment is being sold with NO RESERVE.
  • Each lot is sold “As Is-Where Is”—all sales final—no warranties or guarantees of any kind are expressed or implied regardless of description or images/video. Reck Agri and its representatives shares information based on information provided by seller; this information it is believed to be true but is in no way guaranteed.
  • Published hours as of approximately April 5, 2024; some equipment continues to be used to operate feedlot and hours will differ. Buyer is responsible for verifying hours and condition prior to auction.
  • All Microtec equipment pictured is excluded from auction.
  • Responsibility: Buyer(s) assumes complete responsibility for items at time the auction closes.
  • Payment: Complete payment in full required by 5:00 pm MST Friday, May 3 unless other arrangements are approved by auction company. Nothing is to be removed from premises before settlement.
  • Title passes after Buyer(s)’ funds clear through banks.
  • Records: The record of sale kept by the Auction company and Clerk will be taken as final in the event of any dispute.
  • Personal & Property Risk: Persons, during the inspection, sale or removal of goods assume all risks of damage of or loss to person or property and specifically release the auction company from any liability. Neither the auction company nor his principal shall be liable by reason for a defect in, or condition of the premises on which the sale is held.
  • Agency: The Auction company is acting as an agent only and is not responsible for acts of its principals
  • Loadout assistance available until May 31, 2024.
  • Equipment to be removed prior to 5:00 pm, Friday, May 31, unless prior arrangements are made with seller/Reck Agri.
  • If items are not removed within 45 days they will be considered abandoned and sold with no reimbursement to buyer, unless alternate removal arrangements have been made with seller/Reck Agri.
  • All announcements and or changes made day of sale and during live auction take precedence over previously shared material.

  • To be approved to bid online, bidders must provide bank letter unless previous bidding relationship with auction company has been established.

Bid Closing Update

Equipment items have been put into 5 closing groups: Feed Trucks, Loaders, Tractors, Attachments and Miscellaneous. All items in each group will close at the same time, with a 10-minute delay between groups. Continued bidding on any item in the group will auto-extend the bidding on all items in the group for 3 minutes. All items in the group will close when there is no bidding on any item in the group for 3 minutes. The next scheduled group may close if that group does not have continued bidding, even if the group scheduled to close ahead of it is still active. Bid closings begin at 2:00 pm on Thursday, May 2 with the Feed Truck Group.

Feed Truck Group: Lots #1-4 (Closes at 2:00, may extend with continued bidding)
Loader Group: Lots #5-10 (Closes at 2:10, may extend with continued bidding)
Tractor Group: Lots #11-17 (Closes at 2:20, may extend with continued bidding)
Truck Group: Lots #18-27 (Closes at 2:30, may extend with continued bidding)
Attachment Group: Lots #28-34 (Closes at 2:40, may extend with continued bidding)
Miscellaneous Group: Lots #42-49 (Closes at 2:50, may extend with continued bidding)

Prior to auction, Buyer(s) to review the terms and conditions as set forth in the Due Diligence Packet. Due Diligence Packet may be obtained by visiting auction property page at www.reckagri.com, or by calling Reck Agri Realty & Auction. Bidding on someone’s behalf must be approved by Reck Agri Realty & Auction 24 hours prior to auction.
