The real estate market goes in cycles much like the stock market. Highs and lows, bull and bear. The key to investment is to know when to buy and sell. The land market may be a safe investment as, no matter what, you will have something tangible to resell. I recently purchased some recreational property in Nebraska that is becoming a big project to get set up to use for “recreation”.
